Chris Etienne

Rotary International Director

Chris Etienne is an Associate Broker with Harbor Sotheby’s International Realty and Director of Leasing for the Village at Bay Harbor.  She currently serves as Vice Chair of the North Central Michigan College Board of Trustees and immediate past president of the Emmet Association of Realtors.  Chris received the Athena Award in 2007 and the Emmet Association of Realtors Realtor of the Year award in 2014.
 
Chris joined Rotary in 1990 and is a proud member of the Rotary Club of Petoskey, Michigan.  She has served as club president, district governor, district membership chair and district Rotary Foundation chair.  Chris has served Rotary International as training leader, president’s representative, Rotary coordinator, Regional Rotary Foundation coordinator, convention promotions committee member for Sao Paulo, Houston and Hamburg, and moderator for the Regional Leader Global Support Seminar and Global Philanthropy Seminar.  She is currently serving on the Rotary International Board of Directors from 2024-2026.  Chris is a board member for the WASH Rotary Action Group and serves on the steering committee of HANWASH (Haiti National Water, Sanitation and Hygiene Initiative).  Chris has participated in National Immunization Days for polio eradication in India and Nigeria.  She is a recipient of The Rotary Foundation Citation for Meritorious Service and The Rotary Foundation Distinguished Service Award. 
 
Chris and her husband Dennis Lindeman enjoy spending time with their cats Coal and Bentley and sailing the Great Lakes.
