Joanne Rosa joined Lincoln Financial in 2005 in the Process and Technology department, working closely with new customers during the implementation process. Joanne managed a growing leave operation that had more than tripled since the beginning of her tenure. From there, Joanne was a National Account Executive managing a client book before being named AVP of Major Accounts, providing leadership for Group Protections largest Disability, Absence, and Life clients and the Absence Consultant practice. Before moving into her current role, Joanne was VP in Product managing STD, Absence, STAT/PFML, and Accommodation Services. As a result of her product knowledge, expertise in absence management, project management, and excellence in customer account management, Joanne transitioned into her current role as VP, National Accounts and Consultant Practice.

Joanne lives in Jenkintown, Pennsylvania, with her husband, Andy, and 13-year-old twins, Jake and Lucy. Joanne also has a daughter, Emily, who lives in New Hampshire with her husband, Payton, and is expecting her first child in June.  Joanne and Andy are eager to become grandparents. When Joanne is not talking about Absence, she enjoys cooking, big band music, sports, and travel.
