As you continue toward July, use Rotary's Action Plan as your strategic guide to creating lasting change, locally and globally.  Be the one that motivates your club to think and act more strategically, setting goals in the Goal Center and making them the foundation for club continuity and stability over three-year "rolling" cycles.

The Mid-Northeast Presidents-Elect Learning Seminar (PELS) is the signature training event for Rotary Presidents-Elect and Assistant Governors. Think of it as a mini Rotary International Convention—bringing together 6 districts, 300+ clubs, and hundreds of leaders for an unforgettable, high-energy weekend of learning, networking, and inspiration.

From March 26–28, 2026, join us in person at the Hanover Marriott in Whippany, NJ, and step confidently into your leadership year.
