Serkan Ceylan has more than 20 years of experience in the international travel, trade fair, events, and congress industry. Throughout his career, he has served as an Operations Manager, Business Development Coordinator, and CEO, successfully creating and organizing over 150 trade shows, leisure events, business meetings, gala nights, and congresses in more than 30 countries.

He has also contributed to numerous international, multi-country projects as both a consultant and event manager, bringing strategic perspectives to marketing, planning, operations management, and client communication. His work emphasizes strong follow-up processes and long-term client relationships to ensure sustainable success for every project.

Today, Serkan works as a professional consultant in social media and web technologies, helping organizations leverage digital tools for sustainable development, creativity, and effective communication.

Serkan began his Rotary journey as a Rotaractor and is among the few Rotarians who have had the privilege of serving as Club President in two different clubs on two different continents. He currently serves as Membership Chair of Rotary District 7230, District Governor Nominee for 2027–2028, and President of the Scarsdale Rotary Club. He is a proud Rotarian of 25 years.

Serkan firmly believes that positive motivation is the key to strong performance and meaningful collaboration, and he considers it an essential element of effective interpersonal leadership.
