Robert Oldroyd is a horn player and music educator based in Troy, Pennsylvania. He is a graduate of Ithaca College School of Music and was a high school band director in Central New York State for several years. Robert has performed in orchestras and concert bands across the United States. Additionally, he is a church musician and organist and the President of the Northern Tier Unified Arts Association, a 501(c)3 that provides art and music experiences for rural communities. Mr. Oldroyd's original music works and arrangements have been performed by public school, college and community bands across the country.Robert has been a member of the Troy, PA Rotary Club since 2014 and has served as Club President and Service Chair. Additionally, Robert serves as the Assistant Governor for Area 1 of District 7410.
